Craft revolution: how micro and small companies will face the change. Up-to-date models of training, innovation and new technologies as tools for future competitiveness.

The workshop aims to present and discuss new methodological approaches to introduce innovation within small companies and upgrade the skills and competences of the entrepreneurs and their staff.

The challenge is to support the most traditional companies towards models and tools which – by exploiting the opportunities of new technologies and the contamination with other sector, such as design, engineering, planning, web, … - will be able to stimulate a real change, through new effective modalities able to guarantee a positive balance among resources, energy and time invested on one hand, and attained results on the other.

Among the main speakers: Stefano Di Niola, President of National Fondartigianato, Francesco Bombardi, director of Fab Lab of Reggio Emilia, business cases.  The conclusions will be presented by Luciano Vecchi, Head of the Productive Activities Department of the Emilia Romagna Region.
